Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Astro Coach does not store complete debit card, credit card or UPI credentials.
All course materials, reports, videos, webinars, PDFs, graphics, trademarks and other content are the exclusive intellectual property of Astro Coach. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
Astro Coach reserves the right to modify services, pricing, schedules, platform features or content at any time.
Astro Coach may suspend or permanently terminate user access for fraud, abuse, misuse or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where Astro Coach's registered office is situated.
All purchases made through Astro Coach are final and non-refundable.
Once payment has been successfully completed and access to any digital report, online course, webinar, consultation, downloadable material, subscription or any other digital service has been granted, no refund, cancellation, reversal, exchange or transfer shall be provided except where required under applicable law.
Users are advised to carefully review the product or service before making payment.
Consultation fees become non-refundable once the consultation has taken place. If a user fails to attend a scheduled consultation, no refund shall be provided. Rescheduling may be permitted solely at Astro Coach's discretion and subject to availability.
All products offered by Astro Coach are digital unless expressly stated otherwise.
No physical shipping is involved. Reports, course access, webinar access and digital content are delivered electronically through the website, mobile application, email or the user's registered account after successful payment.
Delivery timelines may vary due to processing, verification or technical reasons.
Astrology is interpretative in nature.
All reports, consultations, educational content and recommendations are provided solely for informational, educational and self-development purposes.
Astro Coach does not guarantee specific personal, financial, career, educational, business or relationship outcomes. Any decisions made by users based on astrology reports, consultations or educational material are entirely their own responsibility.
Astro Coach reserves the right to reschedule, postpone or cancel webinars or events due to operational or technical reasons. In such cases, users may be offered access to a recording or another scheduled session at Astro Coach's discretion.
